1. Scope & Deliverables
Services will be as outlined in your project proposal. Any extra work beyond that scope may incur additional charges.

2. Revisions
Up to 1 or 2 rounds of revisions are included (or as specified). Additional revisions are billed separately

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals to avoid delays.

4. Intellectual Property
Copyright remains with Mamanye Studios until full payment. Once paid in full, a non‑exclusive license is granted. Additional licensing or source file access may cost extra.

5. Limitation of Liability
Services and deliverables are provided “as‑is.” Mamanye Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
